I AM WHO I AM
height: 5'
weight: 101lbs
build Curvy
eyes: Her bright green eyes are cat-like in appearance, giving her a slightly predatory appearance.
hair: Long blonde hair hands in wild bounces and waves around her face, dropping to her lower back.
distinguishing features:
N/A
tattoos and piercings:
Her ear lobes are pieced. She has a tattoo of a pink Monarch butterfly with 3 Legend of Zelda heart containers beneath it on her ankle.
personal style: Winslet likes to pretend her clothes are by accident, but she knows how much you can do with a little skin. She loves to flaunt her body in short dresses. Yellows, greens, and blues are her favourites to wear.
appearance: hWinnie got her mothers looks. That's what everyone said. They had the same long blonde hair and green eyes. They were both 5' even and wore a size 2. She wasn't heavy by any means. Just curvy. And although Winslet hated to admit it, they had very similar taste in fashion. Both of them loved to wear dresses that showed a little too much skin.
Before the split, Winnie had tried to imitate her mothers style as much as possible. And by the time everything came to light, it was second nature for her. At least their colour preferences were different. Winslet prefers to wear greens and yellows and blues and khakis. Her mother preferred to wear pastel shades of pink and blue. She looked like a candy gone wrong. But Winslet never noticed that until later.

CAN'T ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU WANT
dislikes: The colour pink, Horses (they're too big and freak her out), Boys that are too into themselves, News, Television,
strengths: A damn good cook, Excellent pianist, Great at the art of seduction.
weaknesses: Can't swim, her writing is extremely messy, very scatterbrained.
greatest fear:
Being abandoned by someone she loves.
greatest desire:
To learn to fall in love for real.
habits and quirks: When she gets nervous her flirtation levels skyrocket. She giggles when she's afraid to keep herself from crying. If music is playing, she can't help but tap her feet or dance along to it.
overall personality: Winslet is a flirt. That's the simplest way to describe her. She loves to bump up against guys, teasing and taunting. That being said, she wouldn't sleep with just anyone. She likes to believe that's the one big difference between her and her mother.
She doesn't forgive easily, and she certainly doesn't forget when others have wronged her. Heard the saying "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned"? Whoever wrote that must have been talking about Winnie. She doesn't get over things easily.
But she has a good heart. For the most part. Sure, she's not exactly modest, and she rarely declines anyone asking her on a date, but she likes to believe that it's just because she's young. Her parents married straight out of highschool, and she doesn't want to make the same mistake they did. She likes to believe that she's independent from them, never realizing that she's changing herself just so she won't be like they were.

history: Winslet thought her family was perfect. She was born on February 29th of a leap year, supposedly good luck. She was the younger of 2 twins, weighing about half what her brother did. She always hoped she would grow and catch up to him, and for awhile it seemed like she would. And then he sprouted up, and she didn't.
She used to get teased for her height. She was tiny, even as a child, as sometimes happens with twins. And her classmates found this something easy to mock. She wasn't good at sports, nor was she and artist. The only area in which she excelled was on the piano. She loved to play. She loved to get lost in the gentle melodic tones. They filled her. They completed her.
She loved her mother so much. And her mother loved her father. They were happy together. The family, along with their golden retriever, frequently went on picnics together, laughing, flying kites. She'd heard the phrase "La vie en rose" and thought that surely all her life would be like that. Sunshine and giggles.
In junior high, girls started telling her that her height was something to enjoy. She was small and cute, and guys liked that. With her long blonde hair, thick lashes, and light green eyes, it seemed to be true. Guys frequently asked her out on dates, and her mother encouraged her to go. Together they would pick out pretty clothing from shops, and do their makeup. Things were so happy. And she loved being in the spotlight.
And then the light stopped. And everything turned cold. Her mother was a slut, sleeping with all the men at the station. She was caught on video, and the video quickly circulated around the town. Her family was falling apart and she couldn't do anything to stop it.
Then they started to approach her. Men on the street stopped her and treated her as though she was the same. As though she would do that with just anyone. She hated it. She couldn't stand it. Then her favourite teacher assaulted her and she was done. She wasn't putting up with it any more. She sought out her brother, only to find he'd had the same idea. They took off together, just trying to get away from those people.
She held her brother as they hitch-hiked, trying to ward off his fear. Finding their grandparents was a welcome thing. They would be allowed to stay there, and attend school in that town. They would be alright there. She was sure they would.
She was soon back to her old ways, flirting with men. Taunting. Teasing. But now, she kept a certain distance. She wouldn't let her guard down again. She wouldn't make the same mistake. She wouldn't give her body to just anyone again.
